16TPA

TPA stands for turns per armature. The armature is the central axis in the airsoft motor around which the wire is wound. The TPA indicates how many times the wire is wound. So, for example, 15 TPA means that there are 15 layers of wire wound on each side. More wire results in a stronger magnetic field, more torque, but also more weight and less speed. It's also true that a higher TPA means less susceptibility to overheating.

A higher TPA yields more torque, while a lower TPA results in higher speed.
